We are currently seeking a **highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector** to join our team. This position reports directly to the President and CEO and is critical to ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards.

**Duties**:

- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications as per engineering drawings
- Accurately document inspection findings and maintain precise, high-quality records
- Identify and report non-conformances, and work with Purchasing, Engineering and Production teams to resolve quality issues and uphold quality standards
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM arm)
- Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Communicate with Shipping/Receiving and Operations Manager about part statuses and delays
- Perform vendor audits requiring travel to vendor locations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- **Proven ability** to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

**-**Engineering degree is considered a valuable asset

**-**Experience with hydraulic cylinders is considered a valuable asset
- Previous experience with Nuclear/Aerospace key advantage
- Proficient with common inspection tools and methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
