**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Participate in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed.

Must have own transportation. No public transportation available.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
