The Back of House team is looking for a work oriented individual, who has a passion for learning, interest in developing skills related to all aspects of the restaurant industry. This position also includes opportunities to advance with a line/prep cook position. You must be able to work with the team and get along well with others. With that being said, the BOH crew work as a group, we don't seperate our line cooks to a single station. It is crucial to understand that without each stations functioning properly, the kitchen will not operate to its highest quality and efficiency. We support each other and help each other.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
- Place dishes in storage area
- Scour pots and pans
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and organize kitchen when needed
- Initiative with helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen (replacing sanitation buckets, refilling soap dispensers, changing garbage bins etc.)
- Adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of prep work (e.g. pealing onions, carrots, potatoes etc.)
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
