**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate drilling machinery, including horizontal drilling equipment, to perform excavation tasks.
- Conduct grading and paving operations using Caterpillar equipment and loaders.
- Utilize backhoes and graders for digging and moving materials as required.
- Maintain and inspect drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document daily activities, including progress reports and equipment usage.

**Requirements**:

- Class 3 Driver License Mandatory
- Proven experience in drilling operations or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with operating graders, backhoes, loaders, and horizontal drilling machinery.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
