Job description

**Zubu Ramen**:
One of the leaders in Japanese restaurants in Vancouver, serving up authentic yet modern Japanese cuisine. The brand currently has 4 locations all over Greater Vancouver with future plans of growth and expansion.
We are looking for talented and highly motivated people to help serve our communities with addictive food We specially value charismatic individuals with excellent work ethic to join our team as Front of House Manager.
- 5 years minimum working at a reputable restaurant establishment
- 3 year minimum in a restaurant supervisor or leadership role
- Able to manage a large number of staff during service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff and guests
- Motivational and leadership skills
- Effective multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent and efficient problem solving skills with service and customers
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Proficient with the ability to train staff
- Cash handling
- Technically competent with industry related forms of computer and electronic commerce
- Available nights and weekends
- Able to travel different locations within Greater Vancouver

**Wage & Benefits**:

- Salary $42,000 annually & Bonus payout up to $18,000 annually plus $1,800 - 2,200 /month in tips
- Extended benefits (including medical, dental, and life-insurance) after 90 days of full-time employment
- Quarterly bonus based on store performance
