**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow trucks and related machinery to clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plow equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Maintain safety standards by recognizing hazards and adhering to safety protocols during operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently
- Document completed work and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating excavators, snow plows, or similar heavy machinery
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction and maintenance of landscape or irrigation systems
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or general construction is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in outdoor winter conditions
- Ability to work in cold weather environments for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- on call 24 hours a day
- comfortable working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
- 10+ years clean driving record.
- transportation to site or north van where trucks are located

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
