Looking for Summer Students

We are looking for a Prep Cook and Breakfast Cook to join our Team at HT Catering & Meats for the Summer

Prerequisites:

- Very good knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food preparation techniques.
- Able to work flexible hours and days. Specifically Early Mornings.
- Knowledge of current and updated culinary trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as work with a team of culinary professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting and preparing food in self-service trays.
- Preparing food items for the day.
- Cleaning food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Prepare large quantities of food to be served at weddings, conventions, meetings, and other large events or gatherings.
- Prepare foods of many different types and styles, including entrees, side dishes, appetizers, salads, soups, desserts, and pastries
- Ensure prepared food is stored properly for delivery to the establishment where food is being catered
- Adhere to proper food handling and preparation best practices

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
