**Evolution Catering is expanding. We are now hiring new team members. You will assist with mass quantity preparation for events and catering services.**

**Prep Cook Job Responsibilities**:

- **Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.**:

- **Prepares salads, proteins and sauces in accordance to recipes**:

- **Involved in packing for events and catering services**:

- **Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.**:

- **Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.**:

- **Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.**:

- **Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.**:

- **Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.**:

- **Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.**:

- **Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties**:

- **Help load & unload catering trailer**:

- **Follow all AHS guidelines and requirements**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
