We are 3rd Party Logistics company seeking to fill an entry-level position as a Data Entry staff member of our freight audit team. This person must be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, but also have the discipline to work independently. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include:
**Position**:Data Entry Clerk,** which includes the following responsibilities:

- This is an entry-level position in our growing team
- This position is a hybrid role - working form home the majority of time (employee required to go to office once per week)
- Data entry of large volume of carrier freight invoices
- Working with applicable Freight Auditor and Customer Service Representative to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data
- Communicating with client on a regular basis regarding day-to-day processing
- Utilizing Nulogx system/software to run client reports
- Validation and sending of client reports and packages on a weekly basis
- Assisting in the development of client processing documents
- Scanning of Carrier invoices and backup, as required
- Participating in client meetings with Operations team and management
- Identifying areas of improvement in both the system and process
- Ensure highest quality customer service

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong data entry skills, with both speed and accuracy - alphanumeric
- Experience with the Transportation/Logistics industry would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player with positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $33,000.00 per year
