**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high quality and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any dietary restrictions or preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with various types of sushi, ingredients, and traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred; kitchen experience is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
