Summary:
Functioning interdependently with members of the multidisciplinary team, assesses the needs of adult and pediatric patients requiring care in the Intensive Care Unit B (ICU B). Contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Medicine/Surgery experience required
- BCLS
- Basic cardiac arrhythmia preferred
- Ability to respond to emergency situations by rapidly identifying priorities and complex patient care needs
- Demonstrated assessment skills and the ability to function independently
- Demonstrated teaching, communication, interpersonal and team building skills
- Good attendance record
