**Senior A/P Coordinator**

**R**ESPONSIBILITIES**
- Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and ensure payment on a timely basis.
- Maintain vendor relationships and reconcile vendor statements.
- Complete month end closing process including period end accruals.
- Application of accounts payable policies and procedures and ability to explain to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration in accounting or finance.
- 5-10 years experience in Accounts Payable.
- Technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Proven leadership and assertiveness.
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Focused attention to detail.

Additional assets include:

- Experience with SAP.
- Previous accounts payable processing experience.
- Previous experience working in a multi-currency environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Additional languages would be an asset.

**LOCATION***

Waterloo, Ontario

**Salary Range**:$50,000 to $55,000 CAD “Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.”
