**Business Analyst**

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring a Business Analyst to join our team working at our Steinbach office. Penn-co offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. **Responsibilities**
- Manage projects, including planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.
- Analyze complex data and processes to create detailed, actionable insights.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Utilize business analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Manage and analyze ERP systems, particularly CMiC.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Document business processes and requirements meticulously.
- Adapt to changing business environments and requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the construction or general contracting industry.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Certification and/or experience with Lean and/or Agile methodologies is an asset.
- Experience working in Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within timelines.
