**What You’ll Do**:
**Workplace Safety - Health & Safety**:

- Maintain and improve our health & safety programs and policies.
- Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and assist in corrective actions.
- Track incidents, near misses, and safety compliance metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate safety training so every employee knows how to work safely.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario occupational health and safety regulations.
- Be the go-to safety person for employees—helping them succeed and stay safe.

**People & Culture - HR**:

- Welcome new team members and assist with ensuring the onboarding process is enjoyable for new employees.
- Keep employee, safety and training records accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Be a friendly point of contact for employees regarding health & safety and other workplace questions.

**Office Administration**:

- Handle general administrative tasks, including tracking supply orders and other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Experienced in health & safety coordination in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing experience preferred).
- Knowledgeable about OHSA regulations, WSIB, Ministry of Labour regulations.
- Positive, approachable, and great at communicating with all levels of staff.
