**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the **Vice President - Sales and Operations**, for the **Penn. Penningtons** brand the **Coordinator Store Operations **acts as a key point of contact between the various Head Office brand departments and the Retail Stores across Canada, in order to streamline processes, communicate store action items and ensure all documents are current at all times.

**What you do**:

- Coordinates all operational calendars;
- Reviews, recommends, organizes and analyzes all store communication to ensure a clear and concise message prior to sending to the field;
- Co-ordinates and monitors store related expenses and produces reports;
- Crafts and executes fun and inspirational programs to stimulate employee engagement and performance;
- Co-ordinates logistics for new store openings, renovating stores as well as store closures;
- Composes all documents, correspondence and memos that link store teams to Head Office teams.

**Qualifications**:
Who you are:

- DEC in marketing or office system automation or equivalent field of study;
- 2 years + office experience;
- Passionate about contributing to a best -in -class customer experience.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign;
- Bilingual.
