**Description**: As an IT Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with tailored solutions. Your role will involve managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Nortak Software is currently seeking IT Account Representatives with the following qualifications:
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communications skills in English and French for preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A diploma or degree in IT, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
