**Overview**:
Our growing Maintenance function and team is located by our Corporate Office at Toronto Pearson Airport where we operate out of three hangars in addition to our two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) locations in Kitchener/Waterloo and Simcoe. We continue to scale our operations to meet the needs of our current and growing customer base.

**The Role**:
The Maintenance Administrator will perform accounting and administrative duties necessary to the function of the Maintenance Department. They will be primarily responsible for assembling all information pertaining to a maintenance work order to accurately produce an invoice to a client.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate and support Maintenance administrative duties
- Open and maintain company work orders and task cards in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Software System.
- Ensure all task cards, log pages, and work packages are completed, accounted for, and digitized prior to filing to the appropriate aircraft archives
- Ensure that maintenance Work Orders balance with Accounting Department records
- Track Maintenance Time & Attendance, administrating the system
- Input timesheets and labour time
- Administrative Support

**What you bring**:

- College Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses
- Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Aviation industry experience will be considered an asset
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to influence and demonstrate interpersonal skills

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pm
