DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is looking for a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our Mississauga location. This is an essential role within the branch to help maintain our units and support the Rentals counter.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Preparing incoming and outgoing fleet
- Obtaining vehicle appraisals and scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Completing PO’s
- Processing paperwork from vendors and internal rental division
- Picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Updating unit information into our internal logs
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience in business administration would be considered an asset
- Process-oriented
