**Basic Accountability**:

- **Roll Form**: Under the guidance of the Roll Form Foreman, the Summer Student conducts the daily operations of the Roll Form line. This includes packaging product on production lines, operating manual operations presses, performing visual quality control inspections, and performing any other miscellaneous function required by his/her supervisor.
- **Specialty**: Under the guidance of the Specialty Foreman, the Summer Student conducts the daily operations of the Specialty line. This includes: packaging product on production lines, operating manual operations presses, performing visual quality control inspections, and performing any other miscellaneous function required by his/her supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work days and afternoon shifts on a rotating basis and to work in other departments.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to work as a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work
