**Wait Time Office**
The Wait Time Information System (WTIS)/Electronic Surgical Request (ESR) Support Analyst is required to interact on behalf of the hospital with the Provincial Wait Time Information Office (WTIO). They are the single point of contact for Surgery wait time and ALC data. The WTIS/ESR Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating all hospital WTIS/ESR activities associated with Surgical Services and communicating relevant information from the WTIO to the WTIS team.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to the registration of new WTIS users with the WTIO, communication of WTIS requirements and/or system changes, coordination of WTIS/ESR training of all hospital staff, provision of WTIS/ESR support to end-users, management and distribution of data including data analysis and systematic audits, and process/system review and change implementation. The WTIS/ESR Analyst also supports InfoMed, the organization's workload management system, in training users and providing ongoing user support.
Rate of Pay: $30.70 per hour - $42.21 per hour
Status: Regular Full-Time
**Qualifications**:
- Successful completion of a College Certificate in Computer Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or Business
- University Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 year(s) of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing process re-design
- Experience in using data and statistical tools e.g., SQL, Tableau, PBI preferred
- Experience with WTIS System is an asset preferred
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Vision, Purpose and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
