The Role:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersRespond to inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgencyServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and general supportAssist with job setup and customer onboardingCoordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and service deliveryTrack and update customer information through CRM systemsIdentify customer needs and recommend solutions, services, or additional support optionsSupport outbound follow-up initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new opportunitiesGather customer insights and report trends to the leadership teamQualifications:1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing roleExperience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments is an assetStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughPositive attitude with a customer-first mindsetComfortable learning new software and mobile applicationsCompetent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching)Regular company events and team-building activitiesAn opportunity to join a growing and dynamic companyWhat's the Bullet Difference?
