**Responsibilities**:
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, FortiGate firewalls, and security. Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
- Deep working knowledge of operating systems - Windows, OSX, Linux
- Assemble, image and configure client workstations, servers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other peripherals.
- Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Administration of Office 365: User administration, identity, access 365 license administration Office 365 policy compliance, configuration and PowerShell scripting for Office 365 and Active Directory.

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Level 2 IT support: 4 years (required)
- Managed IT SERVICES: 1 year (required)
- ConnectWise: 1 year (required)
- VoIP: 3 years (preferred)
- Cisco routers: 3 years (preferred)
- Fortigate: 2 years (preferred)
- , servers, printers, scanners: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CompTIA A+ (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
