We’re excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist on our National Team This on-site role can be based at either our Barrie, Ontario or Whitefish, Ontario locations. (This role requires being fully bilingual in both French and English oral and written)

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout their entire journey. From coordinating service appointments and managing repair orders to ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience.

Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and a collaborative approach. Fluency in both French and English (oral and written) is a must. **Compensation**:
$20- $25 per hour, based on experience. Plus, you’ll enjoy performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career advancement

**What will you be doing?**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries within 60 seconds by phone/chat and resolving most issues on the first interaction.
- Encourage positive customer reviews and gather feedback to share with internal teams, helping improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a 70+ company-wide Net Promoter Score (NPS) by providing efficient, solution-focused support.
- Stay current with training, identify customer pain points, and suggest at least one improvement idea each month to enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the team to track trends in Salesforce, reduce outbound volumes from stores/dealers, and participate in special projects to streamline processes.

**During busy periods, this role serves as a backup to**:

- Perform boat drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Conduct boat and accessory orientations, along with follow-up programs to build lasting relationships
- Organize store displays and maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked environment
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Other duties as assigned
- Fully fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on first-contact resolution and reducing customer effort.
- Proven ability to deliver proactive, customer-focused service and encourage positive feedback.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to track customer trends and identify process improvements.
- A team player who brings forward innovative ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall experience.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to completing training, meeting performance targets, and contributing to company-wide goals.
