**Job Summary**
6ixty Wings Innisfil is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate strong organizational skills will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a friendly shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support for technology-related items.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for resolution and customer retention.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals while managing time effectively during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers.
- Proven organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
