**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day tasks
- Run errands including shopping, post office visits, and pickups/drop-offs
- Assist with personal and professional projects as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintenance tasks of properties

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have a reliable car** and valid driver’s license
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Computer proficiency is an asset
