Part-Time Personal Assistant (Home & Admin Support

I’m looking for a reliable, energetic personal assistant who can step into different tasks without blinking — from tidying a shed to sorting paperwork to basic household organization. If you’re the type who gets satisfaction from crossing things off a list, we’re going to get along great.

About the Role

This position is for someone who’s comfortable doing a blend of manual labour, organization, and light administrative support. No two days will be the same. One day you might be raking leaves or organizing a storage space, the next you might be filing documents, sorting receipts, matching credit card statements, or reorganizing a closet.

Think: household COO vibes, but part-time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and cleaning spaces (shed, garage, closets, storage rooms, etc.)
- Light manual labour such as raking leaves, lifting/moving items, setting up or taking down storage units
- Sorting, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Matching receipts, credit card statements, and invoices
- Running errands when needed (local)
- Light home organization (kitchen, pantry, office, etc.)
- General personal assistance tasks as required - every day may be different.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to lift 20-30 lbs comfortably
- Enjoys hands-on tasks and physical work
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with admin tasks (sorting documents, basic filing, etc.)
- Good attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
- Must be ok with variety — tasks will change week to week
- Positive attitude and willingness to help with whatever is needed
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Must be willing to obtain a police background check
