**About Us**
Petit Nordique Boutique is a Canadian baby, children’s, and women’s boutique with locations in Bowmanville and Toronto, plus a growing e-commerce business and in-house brand. We are known for our curated collections, storytelling, and strong customer community.

**The Role**
The Marketing Coordinator is a creative, hands-on role responsible for ensuring our boutique shows up consistently across digital channels. You’ll not only execute — filming, editing, and posting — but also forecast trends and brainstorm campaigns that resonate with our customers.

This role has both structure and freedom: you’ll be supported with direction and collaboration, but also trusted to take ownership and move projects forward on your own. Comfort being on camera is essential, as you’ll often appear in content alongside products and styled looks.

**Key Responsibilities**
Content Creation
- Film and edit engaging short-form content
- Appear on camera to showcase products and behind-the-scenes moments
- Research and forecast trends; bring forward creative campaign ideas
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram and TikTok
- Support community engagement through comments, DMs, and UGC
- Write creative, customer-friendly copy

Design Support
- Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all marketing touchpoints

**What We’re Looking For**
- Comfortable and confident being on camera
- Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with an eye for trends
- Strong writing skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Proficiency in Canva or other simple design tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to take ownership of projects

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
