Red Deer, Canada Smart Choice Appliance Repair Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers and microwaves.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues and repair processes.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing repairs in residential settings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple service calls.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
