As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sewer Water Foreman to join our team.

**Position: Sewer Water Foreman**

**Location**: Ottawa, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**: Oversee sewer and water construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize productivity and performance.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct inspections and quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
- **Communication**: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, to address issues, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment and minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress, expenditures, and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sewer and water construction, with demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of sewer and water infrastructure systems, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
