We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario for our London Contract area as a Fleet Administrator.

**Reporting to the Division Manager, this role is responsible for**:

- Record work orders from internal and external servicing into system, monitor, and close once completed and signed off by Management. Follow up on outside shops if documentation is received to ensure files are up to date and complete;
- Data entry and maintaining of weekly mileage reports, fleet tracking of fuel cards, obtain permits and permit renewals, insurance, driver time records, and licensing. Ensuring all new incoming units are equipped with an assigned fuel card, proper documentation, and the required safety supplies before it is released for fleet use;
- Maintain equipment lists for the assigned areas, monitor, update, and ensure it is available to all superintendents and managers;
- Assist in compiling monthly reports to be supplied to MTO;
- Compile any files for accidents that are affecting our CVOR and follow up on any incidents that occurred on the CVOR from other contract areas;
- File and organize documentations as well as other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong work ethic, be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and be detail oriented, work outdoors if necessary;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
- Capable of multi-tasking and the ability to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy and self-motivated.

**Emcon Services has the following conditions of employment: satisfactory drug pre-screening and Driver’s Abstract.**

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
