**Position**: Front Desk Clerk
**Wage**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (Depends on skill and experience)

**Job Type**: Part-time only
**Note**: Your salary can increase quickly based on your performance, and your position may also be upgraded. In that case, your salary will increase according to the new position.

**Requirements**:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be familiar with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
- Prior office or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Punctual, patient, and professional in appearance
- Comfortable interacting with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Take reservations via booking sites, in person, and over the phone
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Complete invoices and assist guests with invoice payments
- Troubleshoot and contact businesses for support when issues arise
- Organize and maintain inventory records
- Use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and POS terminals
- Provide occasional support to housekeeping staff when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk and office area

**Summary**

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll also assist with problem-solving, record keeping, and occasional coordination with housekeeping.
