As a Photo Project Administrator you'll be responsible for completing various tasks to ensure projects are on track, including internal photo storage accuracy and invoice tracking.
- This position is a 6 month contract with potential for renewal._
**AT SONDER YOU WILL**:
- Track invoices for all photoshoots and notify Photo Specialists of any bottlenecks. Create Purchase Orders for U.S photoshoots and ensure proper tracking.
- Gather information, complete, and send external contracts for signature. Follow up on contracts to ensure timely completion.
- Onboard new talent to invoicing portal and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all information has been shared for upcoming photo shoots such as photoshoot dates, unit info, and building features.
- Notify the retouching team and Photo Specialists of upcoming shoots. Track each photoshoot to ensure photos are delivered within the agreed turnaround time and ensure the Retouching Tracker is always kept up to date.
- Organize and action City Team or Listing Ops requests.
- Maintain accuracy of internal photo storage system. Send upload or photo removal requests to external partners, and quality check their work. Ensure photo order for all units is correct in internal systems.
- Assist with the digital asset lifecycle by cataloging, and tagging images in company DAM.
- Distribute approved assets across internal channels as needed.
- Work with Photo Specialists to ensure proper photo acquisition for early listed properties. Pass off photos to Post-Production and ensure the proper licensing contract has been signed.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related field
- Foundational knowledge of photography technical standards and workflows
- You're super organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You're a team player with exceptional communication skills
- You're able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment that challenges the status quo
- Collaborative, team-first mindset; you have a great sense of humor, humility, and positive spirit
- Nice-to-haves: Startup experience, asset management experience, interiors or lifestyle photography experience, operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
