**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Verify partnership adjustment requests and conduct data updates in the CRM system following established requirements and procedures. Maintain a clean and accurate database
- Assist in the cleaning of Customer Management Database, collaborate with Sales Team to complete the missing data
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of Monthly Sales Data, identifying key trends, patterns and correlations within the data to uncover insights and opportunities
- Optimize the database management system to improve efficiency and facilitate cross-referencing between various data sources for analysis and querying
- Implement indexing strategies and data normalization techniques to enhance database performance
- Prioritize and respond promptly to data requests and projects from management, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and relevant information

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization techniques. Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is preferred
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing processes through data analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills
- Capacity to work under pressure, adapt to dynamic conditions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Chinese language (Mandarin) is a must

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business management, mathematics, statistics, data science, or other relevant fields

**OTHER**
- This is an on-site part-time position, for a maximum of 20 hours/2 to 3 days per week
