Browns is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Analyst - Omnichannel who thrives on taking on challenges as a member of a dynamic team including IT, design, and marketing. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce and Omnichannel Technology, you will ensure the product launches satisfy customers. In this role, you will have a deep understanding of our solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize their use, constantly looking to maximize new functionality.
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the refinement of SDLC-related tools, standards, and training.
- Develop, manage, and research initiatives to improve business processes.
- Have knowledge of end-to-end business and technical processes to work with business users and our support teams to quickly resolve production issues in a timely manner within a sense of urgency.
- Influence the end-to-end quality strategy for a product or group of closely related products.
- Provide first level technical troubleshooting of production issues and collaborate with the support team on more complex issues.
- Coordinate major incidents and problem management, ensuring all steps of resolution are executed and accounted for. Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to identify ways to prevent future problems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, e-commerce or related fields.
- 1-3 years minimum of experience in an analyst or techno-functional role in an e-commerce or retail environment an asset
- Previous experience in retail is an asset.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- Experience with databases, SQL, HTML and XML.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira and Visio.

Browns est à la recherche d'un analyste TI en commerce électronique très motivé et ambitieux qui aime relever des défis au sein d'une équipe dynamique comprenant le TI, le design et le marketing. Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire principal en stratégie des TI, vous veillerez à ce que les lancements de produits satisfassent les clients. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez une compréhension approfondie de nos solutions et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes transversales pour optimiser leur utilisation, en cherchant constamment à maximiser les nouvelles fonctionnalités.
**Responsabilités**
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils, des normes et de la formation liés au SDLC.
- Élaborer, gérer et rechercher des initiatives visant à améliorer les processus opérationnels.
- Connaître les processus commerciaux et techniques de bout en bout afin de collaborer avec les utilisateurs professionnels et nos équipes d'assistance pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes de production dans les délais impartis et avec un sentiment d'urgence.
- Influencer la stratégie de qualité de bout en bout pour un produit ou un groupe de produits étroitement liés.
- Assurer le dépannage technique de premier niveau des problèmes de production et collaborer avec l'équipe d'assistance pour les problèmes plus complexes.
- Coordonner les incidents majeurs et la gestion des problèmes, en veillant à ce que toutes les étapes de la résolution soient exécutées et prises en compte. Évaluer les résolutions documentées et analyser les tendances afin d'identifier les moyens de prévenir les problèmes futurs.
**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en technologie de l’information, en informatique, en gestion des systèmes d’information, en commerce électronique ou autres domaines connexes.
- 1 - 3 années minimum d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyste ou technico-fonctionnel dans un environnement de commerce électronique un atout.
- Une expérience préalable dans le commerce de détail est un atout.
- Expérience avec plusieurs plates-formes technologiques (commerce électronique, CRM, système de gestion des commandes, analytique, courriel marketing, entrepôt de données, CMS, etc.).
- Expérience avec les plateformes de commerce électronique (Demandware / Salesforce Commerce Cloud est un atout.
- Connaissance avancée d'Excel, de Google Tag Manager, de Google Analytics.
- Expérience démontrée avec les bases de données, SQL, HTML et XML.
