About the Role
Working closely with the leadership team, the CRM Analyst provides analytical support for data-driven business planning and decision-making by the stakeholders.
Reporting to the Strategy manager the CRM Analyst plays a key role as a catalyst in the evolution of the CRM and ultimately maximizing value and utilization from CEP’s data resources. Working with qualitative, quantitative, large, complex, and unstructured data and distilling it to meaningful insights that inspire powerful actions for business growth, this role accelerates and improves CEP’s ability to make decisions by ensuring access to timely and accurate information.
What will you be doing
Conduct in-depth exploratory analysis and interpretation of clients database as well as acquired market intelligence data and turn the information into knowledge to help devise and steer business strategy, goals, long and short terms campaigns and client relationship management initiatives.
Cleanse, validate, update, and consistently maintain, and ensure currency and integrity of CEP's database of contacts for business development, response to marketing campaigns, channel preferences, service history, inquiries, complaints, trends, patterns, etc.
Maintain & manage key controls showing ownership, frequency, and SLA’s across the administrative group to ensure quality of firsthand data inputs.
Analyze campaign results. Develop and present knowledge-board of results vs KPIs backed by data-driven reports, infographics showing trends & patterns, and include proactive identification and reporting of emerging issues.
Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of individual campaigns and strategic KPIs for retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Build and execute User Retention campaigns that guide clients to relevant products and services offered by CEP.
Engage with partner organizations, customers, and coordinate market research activities as and when needed.
Provide ongoing training and coaching on best practices to all users of the company (marketing, business development, experts, support staff);
Comply with the requirements of the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with the ISO 9001:2015 Standards. Participate in internal and external audits as and when required.

Education, Experience and Skills
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration
3+ years of experience business analysis working with Salesforce Lightning

Ability to envision the “big picture” while managing the details and focusing on multiple objectives or assignments
