- Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of
- Bake cupcakes & cookies fresh every morning
- Ensure display cases are kept full
- Ensure all orders are prepared promptly, and ready to go on time
- Confidently take walk-in customer orders and answer questions
- Be familiar with all products in order to provide accurate responses to customer questions
- Help customers to submit online orders or contact forms, as required
- Responsible for ordering products through the ‘Inventory’ spreadsheet, every day before leaving
- Responsible for ordering packaging/supplies in the ‘Inventory’ spreadsheet
- Understand the importance of keeping the FOH clean at all times
- Enforce quality control: all products need to be up to our standards
- Use the POS system and handle cash
- At the end of the shift, review orders for the following day and determine volume of cupcakes to be scooped by the closing FOH shift
- Ensure FOH is left clean and tidy at close of shift
- Work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
