**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and process sales orders from customers;
- Liaise with others within our team to ensure customer expectations are met (eliminate errors and provide customer satisfaction);
- Answer customer enquiries accurately and quickly;
- Accurately manages customer orders utilizing the organization's internal systems and customer purchase orders;
- Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience;
- Work with scheduling and shipping to ensure on time deliveries to customer;
- Provide reports as required to customers and sales - open orders, inventory and YTD sales;
- Ensure customer special instructions are clear and understood;
- Manage customer inventory to pre-determined levels;
- Responsible for various administrative duties as assigned;
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-Secondary Education - Diploma in Business or equivalent would be preferred;
- Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong working knowledge Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
- Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems, preferably iRen, would be considered an asset;
- Ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment;
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and in a team setting;
- High energy level with a cheerful, positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Whitby, ON L1N 8X9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
