Job Summary:

- Implement new and seasonal menu items while maintaining the Brand Concept
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling
- Execute food quality, cost controls.
- Responsible for purchasing, receiving and proper handling and storing of all products, food preparation and maintenance of quality standards
- Implement, maintain and teach control measures to impact food, labor costs
- training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation
- Maintain, uphold and teach F&B sanitation and food safety handling
- Champion a healthy and safe work environment for employees
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behavior
- Use interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; demonstrate honesty/integrity, lead by example

Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years previous industry experience, 2 years managerial
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Considerable knowledge of hospitality systems and controls
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
