Part-time Customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**:
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Answering customer calls and taking feed orders
- Entering orders into the WINPops system
- Troubleshooting customer inquiries
- Communicating out of feed situations to dispatch
- Assisting customers with account information
- Transferring incoming calls to purchasing and customer support staff
- Administrative duties - photocopying, filing, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned

- High regard for attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

**Position Details**:

- This position participates in the Statutory Holiday rotation
- This position participates in the Saturday and Sunday shift rotation (4-5 hours)
- Part-time employees are required to work a minimum of 6-9 hours per week, Monday - Friday and 15-20 hours during weeks scheduled to work weekends
- Opportunity for additional hours may be available, depending on the business needs
- Part-time employees will be scheduled based on their availability and the needs of the business
- A schedule of hours will be determined every 4 months and released the month prior, detailing the schedule expectations for part-time employees for the next period
