Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **Adjoint(e) administratif(ve)** organisé(e) et motivé(e) pour soutenir l'évaluateur dans la préparation de leurs rapports et la coordination de leurs activités quotidiennes.

Ce poste est offert à temps plein.

**Responsabilités**
- Offrir un soutien direct à l’évaluateur dans la préparation de rapports d’évaluation complets pour des immeubles générant des revenus.
- Participer à la préparation d’études de marché et d’analyses du marché locatif.
- Gérer et organiser les tâches quotidiennes de l’évaluateur, y compris la planification, la correspondance, le suivi des documents et des projets.
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives : saisie de données, mise en page de documents, classement et tenue de dossiers.
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement du bureau et à l’amélioration de l’efficacité administrative.

**Exigences et compétences**
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale en **français et en anglais**.
- Expérience antérieure en soutien administratif ou dans le domaine immobilier (un atout).
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en soutenant les objectifs de l’équipe.

**About Us**

ABMS Évaluation is a commercial real estate appraisal firm founded by M. George Boufounos, ÉA, AACI. We are currently seeking an organized and motivated **Administrative Assistant** to support our appraiser in preparing reports and coordinating their daily activities.

This position is **full-time.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to the appraiser in preparing full-length narrative appraisal reports for income-producing properties.
- Assist in preparing market studies and rental market surveys.
- Manage and organize the appraiser’s daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, document tracking, and project follow-ups.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, formatting documents, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Support ongoing office operations and contribute to improving administrative efficiency.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **both French and English**.
- Previous experience in an administrative or real estate-related role is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
