As a Precision Stair Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of our stair production process. You will be responsible for preparing and crafting the wooden components that are used to create top-quality stairs. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in structured environments and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cutting & Measuring: Use industry-standard tools and equipment to cut and shape stair components, such as treads, risers, and stringers, according to precise specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure that each stair part meets the high standards of Sawback Craft Co. by checking for imperfections and verifying that measurements are accurate.
- Organization: Systematically organize stair components to allow for easy access and efficient assembly during later stages of production.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance during the stair fabrication process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists to ensure smooth transitions between production phases, contributing to a seamless stair construction process.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas to enhance processes and improve efficiency within the stair production workflow.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or precision manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with measurement tools and woodworking machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Ability to work within a set schedule and adapt to any changes as necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
