**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Fabricate and assemble railings, stairs, and decorative metalwork using MIG/TIG welding and grinding to Ironwood standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings with accuracy.
- Inspect completed work to ensure precision, structural integrity, and conformance to specifications.
- Transport raw and finished materials to powder coating facilities and job sites, ensuring safe handling and timeliness.
- Install welded components on-site, following installation guidelines and maintaining alignment and quality.
- Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain welding equipment and tools for safe, efficient operation.
- Adhere to all shop safety standards and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project requirements and resolve technical issues.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or metalwork.
- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding, grinders, and shop tools.
- Ability to independently read and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to provide driver’s abstract and proof of insurance (for company vehicle use).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physically capable of handling materials and working safely in a shop and on-site environment.
- Professional communication skills with both customers and coworkers.
