Outside Sales Territory Manager

Collins Manufacturing Company Ltd. builds truck bodies for the transportation industry and we are looking for an experienced and tenacious sales representative to grow our portfolio.
As an Outside Sales Territory Manager you will be responsible for:
- **Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities**: Prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling within the Langley area, Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and AB, SK, MB.
- **Building and maintaining strong client relationships**: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- **Presenting and demonstrating our products/services**: Effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients looking for solutions with customized truck bodies, power tailgates and all related services.
- **Achieving and exceeding sales targets**: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas paid commission on overall deal profitability.
- **Collaborating with the sales team**: Working effectively with other team members to share best practices and achieve overall sales goals.
- **Providing excellent customer service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond with a focus on responsiveness and effective follow up.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency understanding of Microsoft Office and related software.
- Must be based in or willing to work out of our Langley, BC office with quarterly travel requirements to effectively cover the assigned territory.
