We are a "scale-up" business, continuing to expand our business globally. **Your domain** As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will have a critical stake in the implementation and day to day management of Buildxact's Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and related sales / marketing tech platforms (current and future). Outside of taking part in the implementation, this role will include managing the operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance of the Marketing tech stack globally, ensuring the demand gen and marketing teams have the right tools, insights, processes, and operating rhythms required to be successful and secure. **What you'll nail** - Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) and our website (hosted on WordPress). - Partner with sales and marketing leadership, revenue operations, and business analytics teams to continually improve our lead flow. - Work closely with Growth Marketing and Demand Generation to ensure a consistently high flow of leads. Use your data-driven insights to offer guidance on customer needs and market trends. - Collaborate with our web dev team, and product teams, to ensure lead flow from all sources. (This is not a web dev admin role.) - Alongside our other system admins, ensure data hygiene, best practices, and enablement practices are embedded in our culture. You will be an integral cog in driving our marketing efforts forward. - Provide reporting, auditing, and monitoring of our marketing team's process. **Your toolkit** - 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) - 3+ years marketing technology operations experience, ideally within a high growth / global SaaS or technology business - Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Marketo, Webtech, Demand Gen tools are a bonus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You thrive in that grey area between "Best Practice" and "Business Practice". - Focus on organizational effectiveness and optimization. - You're a data driven problem solver that loves uncorking bottlenecks. - Manage operations in a way that supports the team. - Develop strong, effective, cross-functional relationships that allow for influencing, knowledge-sharing and velocity - Facilitate achievement of business outcomes by supporting the team's strategic direction. **What We Offer** - Employer paid supplemental benefits such as dental and vision insurance + a generous HSA. - Opportunities for hybrid work. - 11 paid holidays. - 4 weeks' vacation. - An incredible culture **Build your career with Buildxact** Buildxact is a high-growth business, and you'll be given the opportunity to experiment, solve problems, make decisions and work with pace towards a clear goal.
