- Work with our team to help enhance our methods of communication & the overall customer experience
- Plan and help the standardization of governance within our organization
- Assisting with customer requests- ** What you will learn**:

- Application/softwares such as Zendesk, SAP, Lotus Notes, PowerBI and more
- Develop interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Assist in freight management- ** How to thrive in this role?**:

- You are familiar with formal & professional communication methods
- You are enrolled in either college or university
- You have knowledge in how to resolve a negative situation with a positive outcome
- You have previous experience with dealing with customers or clients
- You speak and write in English & French**Boarding Information**:

- Location: Completion Center
- Duration: 4 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
