**Core Purpose and Essence of the Position**:
The warehouse operator plays an important role in all the warehouse functions starting from inflow

of the products till the time products leaves the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition.

The basic jobs for the warehouse operator is to support the operations by receiving, labelling, and

locations on the racks, picking, checking, packing and shipping.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receiving the products into the warehouse from the inbound, checking vendor name and

order number from the system.
- Checking the cartons and building the skids.
- Refills the racks and place the products on a specific designated area.
- Scan the boxes and put UPC numbers on the boxes.
- Posting the labels on the carts, boxes and scan them.
- Separating the orders for express, same day and long orders.
- Printing orders and samples pick list.
- Using the RF scanner to check the items for the boxes and locating the rows where they

can be found.
- Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring order accuracy and locate to the processing area.
- Matching the order numbers in the scanner and process shipment.
- Separating the express orders and night orders.
- Checking the products and box sizes and counting the number of products.
- Prepare and schedule shipments as assigned.
- Follow and maintain a safe work environment which also includes housekeeping
- Process Returns as required.
- Accountable for overseeing manpower, recruiting, retention, and development of people for

the operation in his/her scope of responsibility
- Ensures that procedures exist at all sites to guarantee client service, productivity, as well

as facilities and equipment maintenance
- Sets goals to provide continuous improvement for assigned site
