**Job Description**:
3M is seeking a Warehouse Operator for its Milton, ON team

Main Responsibilities:
- Shipping/Receiving and order picking ensuring both quantity and lot # accuracy- Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment- Maintain accurate raw material warehousing- Physical & system processing of transfers from raw materials warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa- Record and report all non-conformances- Maintain a clean and safe working environment- Perform Cycle Counting- Accurate lot control through proper FIFO of materials- Safe operation of material handling equipment i.e. counterbalance, reach truck, pallet trucks, shrink wrapper etc.

Basic Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)- Counterbalance, Reach truck license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS-Office and associated software for data entry, inventory tracking, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.- JIT, FIFO knowledge- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.- Counterbalance, Reach truck 1-year experience
