**Responsibilities**:

- Verify **incoming materials** to ensure they match purchase orders and packing lists.
- Pick and pack products based on **quantity, part number, batch numbers, and descriptions** on pick lists.
- Prepare shipping documents (UPS, FedEx, freight) as per company and carrier requirements.
- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
- Efficiently **pick, pack, and verify raw materials orders** for production.
- Assist with **inventory management, cycle counts, and physical inventory**.
- Prepare labels and boxes for shipments.
- Ensure **customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time**.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Fluent in English and Vietnamese** - Required for assisting customers and overseas suppliers.
**Highly organized** and detail-oriented.
Previous **warehouse or shipping experience** is an asset.
Ability to **stand, bend, lift, push, and pull** throughout the shift.
Ability to **work efficiently, plan ahead, and collaborate with team members**.
Basic computer skills for processing shipping labels and documentation.
