**Who We're Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel to job sites in and around Montreal to **measure, install, and troubleshoot** window coverings
- Work with a wide range of products: roller blinds, zebra shades, verticals, drapery hardware, smart film, motorized shades, etc.
- Ensure **accurate measurements** and clean, secure installations
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure all project details are understood and delivered
- Submit installation reports, photos, and updates via mobile
- Keep a clean and organized workspace, and follow all safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of hands-on experience** installing a wide variety of window coverings
- Strong understanding of **measurement techniques**, alignment, mounting, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret install sheets, project notes, and measurements
- Own a **reliable vehicle**, **tools**, and a smartphone
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Professional appearance and great customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working at heights (e.g., ladders, condo installations)
- Fluent in **French** (English is a strong asset)

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **motorization systems** (e.g., Somfy, NeoSmart, etc.)
- Knowledge of **smart film** installation is a bonus
- Background in light carpentry or handyman work
