**We are excited to be recruiting for Line Cooks at our amazing property, Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport.** Wyndham Garden is a full-service hotel located on the first Urban Reserve in Winnipeg; the Long Plain Madison Reserve located on Treaty 1 territory. The hotel is owned by Long Plain First Nation and is operated by Sparrow Hotels.
**Positions we are recruiting for**
Line Cooks (2+ Years of Culinary Experience)
**Duties**
- Maintain a high-quality product in a very fast-paced line cooking environment.
- Preparation of produce and protein.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and food storage areas.
- Proper rotation and storage of food and cleaning supplies
- Open to learning new techniques and ideas. Also bring creativity to the kitchen.

- Direct Culinary experience in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
- The ability to stay focused in a high volume, fast paced industry and ensure accuracy and procedures are followed.
